Documents to Open an Account

Before opening an account we will need the following documents

Current Agriculture License is required from the Texas Department of Agriculture. Find the office nearest you here

All new accounts must complete our Texas Sales Tax Resale Certificate form. This includes information not found on the standard  Sales Tax Exemption Certificate that we put on  your account; driver's license number and date of birth is for whoever signs the check; otherwise it will be ask for at point of sale.

 

 

The attached PDF is our Texas Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. This information is required regardless if you wish to pay tax or not so that we have all your company information.
