Deciduous ornamental redbud cultivar from New Zealand thought to have the most abundant blooms of all the redbuds. Deep purple to pink flowers appear in the spring on the branches and main trunk, almost so thick you rarely see the branches.
In the fall, leaves can turn orange to yellowish before dropping.
